III-II Physical/Mental
impact on Material/Logistics
Statement:
Intellectually strong leadership
is very helpful in establishing solid
material/logistics. It affords the
utilization of resources at a high level of efficiency…greater quantities of materials and
logistical ability are retained for future deployment. Intellectual ability requires the support of
good mental ability. The healthier such ability
is the less waste of our resources/assets we have. Insufficient levels of manpower, goods, etc.
may result in operating at a deficit (and
carrying larger future burdens) or failure
to deliver needs.
